Follow our simple process to get your claim started and obtain agreement to replace your tools.
Step 1. Identify what has been lost/damaged and the cost of replacing it.
Step 2. Make a note of your policy number/reference and contact details.
Step 3. Call AXA on the dedicated claims reporting line 0370 850 7134 and give a brief outline of what has happened.
What Happens Next ?
AXA will:
Step 4. Review the details of your claim and the photographs that you supplied when you purchased the policy and then let you know whether any additional information is needed.
Step 5. Confirm whether the claim has been accepted and agree with you the amount they will pay (taking into account the excess).
Step 6. Make the claim settlement.
With your tools replaced you can then carry on earning your living.
